The storm over the weekend has left us with no electricity, no water and no phone signal at the home farm/office premises.

💥Friarly Dental Day 💥

Like humans, horses can develop dental issues such as tooth decay, gum disease, and abnormalities in tooth alignment. Regular dental care helps prevent these problems. Poor weight control? Not accepting a regular contact? Dental issues can cause pain and discomfort, which can affect a horse’s overall well-being and willingness to eat or perform.

With the rapid growth of the practice, Friarly Vets is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Tomkinson as a “Clinical Assistant” to support our professional and dedicated equine service!

Ashley will assist our practice throughout the breeding season and then will shuttle to New Zealand during the off-season. He will be responsible for keeping check on your horses whilst at the practice and ensuring that we promptly handle any concerns or requests from our clients. We’ve always considered good horsemen and horsewomen to be few and far between, and so we feel very fortunate to welcome Ashley who has such a depth of knowledge and experience.
