And it's a wrap on this year's first leg of Futurity evaluations with another day of highlights at Catherston Stud.

Huge congratulations to all our brilliant breeders and their lovely horses and ponies.

The lovely British stallion Timolin played another blinder, as today's stand out Elites were:

Team GB are Paris 2024 Olympic Team Gold medal winners!!!

What an amazing achievement from Tom McEwen, Ros Canter Eventing and Laura Collett Eventing!!! An absolute masterclass in horsemanship from all three riders. Happy horses and happy riders performing at their best! 🥳

Team GB are the only team to complete on double figures on 91.3!!! Massive well done!

Congratulations also to Silver medal winners France (103.6) and Japan in Bronze on 115.8.

We are very pleased to share this lovely photo of RCA PATRON SAINT wearing his British Breeding Highest British Bred rosette kindly sponsored by Rossdales Veterinary Surgeons. He was placed 2nd at Badminton International Horse Trials CCI5* ridden by Lucy Latta.

Unfortunately due to low support we have had to make the decision to cancel the Futurity in both the Devon and Wales venues. All entrants have been contacted via email. All the other venues are open for booking, including the Virtual option, and we look forward to seeing you all soon 🇬🇧🐴

For those attending the Hartpury Futurity please note - it is very important that your horse complies with the Hartpury vaccination policy, or it will not be able to be unloaded.

If you need to order any hay, please go to the GB PRE Facebook group and order from there.

We have kept the entries open a bit longer for The Grange, Devon, and Pencoed, Wales, but we need a lot more entries in the next 24 hours if these venues are able to viably run. Fingers crossed that we can visit you in Devon and Wales! For those unable to travel, our Virtual Futurity is open for entries 🐴🇬🇧

These venues were added due to demand, but entries are low. Unfortunately without sufficient numbers we will have to cancel them on Monday, due to lack of support.

Calling all breeders in Wales: 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 You asked, we listened, now it's time to enter the Futurity at Pencoed! 🥳 Taking place on Thursday, 1 August 2024 - Bridgend College, Bridgend, Wales CF35 6NH.

If we don't get enough support, we cannot run the event. Entries close Sunday 7th July.

PLEASE NOTE - we need sufficient entries of 35+ at each venue, otherwise we will have to withdraw un-supported dates from the schedule due to the huge costs of running each event.
