Finn is:
18hh ID X TB, ex-hunt horse with impeccable manners and the most lovely nature. Has been there, done that. Jumped up to 1.40 and dressage up to elementary. Evented at Badminton Grassroots.
Now 20, Finn has a quieter life at his yard with his mates. Ridden on the flat 5-6x a week, including hacking, schooling and polework. No jumping due to OA in hocks and coffin joints.
Super sensible lad, but as a big horse can be strong and sharp in new situations. For that reason, he’s not a novice ride. Takes confidence from his rider. Requires a light hand and deep seat.
Hacks alone or in company, and excels in the school.
Looking for a share 2-3x a week, as well as riding when I’m away with my partner for a few days semi-regularly.
Based at Manor Equestrian in Ower with use of a huge indoor school (just add in all your USPs here because you’ll remember them all 🤣).
Opportunities to compete in-house at No Stress events, as well as take part in clinics and receive private lessons from BHS instructors.
Financial contribution of £120 pcm to help with feed/farrier/livery costs.

I’m Hettie, a qualified nutrition advisor with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Equine Sciences, specialising in exercise physiology and nutrition. Whilst I complete my MSc, I’m offering nutrition classes and feed advice appointments across the New Forest for those wanting to fine tune their horses nutrition to meet specific goals, without spending a fortune!
I’m a firm believer in the power of fibre, and my feeding ethos is based around our horses 3 super-fibres that can provide a whole range of health benefits which ultimately fuel fitness and better behaviour!
Coming from a science background, I perform a fine-grain assessment of your horses current diet, including any specific dietary requirements or health issues, in order to formulate a well-balanced and effective feed plan for your horse moving forward.
General talks on prevalent issues including (but not limited to) obesity, metabolic issues, gastric ulcers, and joint issues are available too upon discussion.

We understand the importance of having life-saving equipment readily available in the event of an emergency, and we take pride in knowing that our customers have access to this vital resource.
Defibrillators are devices that send an electric pulse or shock to the heart to restore a normal heartbeat. They are used to prevent or correct an arrhythmia, an uneven heartbeat that is too slow or too fast. If the heart suddenly stops, defibrillators can also help it beat again.
Our first indoor SHOW JUMPING event at The Manor Equestrian is now confirmed -Sunday the 28th of April 2024!!

It is run in 3 parts

There is a 4th part at international level cow penning
There are several levels

Advanced
Plus more levels for juniors now!
It is a fun and friendly sport where we all support each other.
Any horse can do working equitation, and as a approved WE coach I want to help you get the most out of it while still having fun. It's great for building confidence and balance with your horse and learning new skills.

Firstly we would like to say a massive Thank you to everyone for the support we have received in the past few weeks about the re-opening of Manor equestrian.
We have started taking bookings for our arena and we will update you with all of plans very soon with details of all of our up and coming shows and clinics.
⭐️⭐️Our biggest goal is to provide you with a supportive, safe and super friendly equestrian venue with amazing good positive vibes only 😁😁😁⭐️⭐️
As you know our arena works will be starting soon and as just confirmed today we are excited to announce that a new arena surface will be included in these renovations, which will be finished by our opening on the 1st April for everyone to enjoy!!!
