When flown correctly drones are an invaluable piece of kit when searching and tracking missing dogs and other animals.

No one can catch a missing dog when the dog is behaving like the one in the first 10 seconds of this video. When dogs are in this state please leave them alone.
You WILL NOT catch a dog when it's in flight mode as the dog will see you as a predator and run. Please don't try. You just make things worse.

Once the drone has located the dog we can then quickly assess what state the dog is in. We watch the dogs behaviour very closely and can advise when the best time to reunite the dog based on our experience.
We do this very successfully and almost on a daily basis.

As Drone To Home have 3 full time staff they live and breathe reuniting dogs and animals and as anyone knows experience counts for everything.

This handsome boy had been missing for 3 days and 2 wet nights.

Missing in a huge area of Lincolnshire Countryside, England.

Found tired under a tree and sleeping soundly until he could hear a faint sound of his mums voice. He could then smell her scent. He gets on his back legs just to double check it's not going to eat him before going on to the path.

With a slight hesitation he gets super excited as you can see, even jumping into his mums arms.

A very special moment I indeed ❤️

We have some exciting news to share with you all! Drone To Home UK is expanding to Australia! 🇦🇺

Drone To Home Australia will adopt the same objectives as Drone To Home UK while also focusing on providng the best service it can to our customers.

Australia objectives.

To promote humane behaviour towards animals and livestock in Australia by providing appropriate care for domestic or farm animals which are missing or have strayed from their homes and are therefore suffering and in distress. We will do this by providing and co-ordinating search and rescue operations and through providing education to domestic animal owners.

We are thrilled to announce that Kylie, a renowned animal lover and advocate, will be our ambassador and coordinator for Drone To Home Australia. Kylie will help us spread the word and raise awareness about our mission and services. We are so grateful for her support and enthusiasm. 🙌
