Hi we are Country Haylage and we produce quality dust free 20kg vacuum packed bags of Haylage here in Nailsea in Somerset, Country Haylage was started by Ross Giles and George Baker, We pride our self's in producing only the best top quality haylage all year round.

Over 2.5 million bales delivered over the last 11 years. As you can see our transport division has grown with us 😁😁 starting from Landrovers and moving onto wagons, we have also had plenty of help over the years delivering into the UK,Ireland,France,Italy,Spain,Denmark,Slovakia, Germany & Malta…..just the Moon left to tick off the list!! We are still proud to offer nationwide delivery and still get excited to see our wagons across the country!!

We have had tractors working around the clock for the last 48 hours straight to beat this annoying weather 🌦️ with 600 odd acres on the deck this time Friday the lads have done bloody well to have got most of it done!! With the crops being so heavy it’s really slowed the wrappers down whilst making some cracking stuff. Hats off to the drivers. Hopefully we will see some sun soon to make the job easier!! ☀️ ☀️☀️☀️

We wish our longstanding workhorse a happy retirement….. our trusty ABB Robot that we have owned for the last 10 years got switched off today ready for its new faster replacement. Over the 10 years that we owned the robot it has stacked over 3 million bales for us without much going wrong. It was never late for work & always showed up whatever the weather. We will sure raise a 🍺🍺 or 2 for it tonight.

We’ve made a few changes to our weigh scales over the weekend and we are very pleased with the results. This should mean bales are more compressed and full of lovely Haylage 😁😁 We really appreciate everyone’s support and love for our products. Meadow grass is extremely hard to keep consistent unlike Rye grass due to every pasture filed being slightly different, 10 years down the line and we are still learning, whilst improving every day 🐝🐝 with over 20,000 bales on order we best get cracking.
