🏅STORY OF THE MONTH. 🏅
Congratulations Luna, our Story of The Month for March 2025.
🥕 Luna was very brave when she came in after her owners had noticed her mouth was not quite right. The vets noticed her teeth had started to grow incorrectly, causing her pain and difficulty when eating. Luna needed a dental procedure and coped wonderfully well with the whole process and was munching on dandelions again in no time! Well-done Luna for being so brave!

us all of the benefits of taking our dogs for a walk. We
are encouraged to take time from our busy schedules

A Black and white cat escaped from their cat carrier in our carpark this morning. He jumped over the wall at the back of the carpark into the gardens along Kirkwhite Avenue.

Meet little Nell, an older lady who came into us for a glucose curve last week. She was beautifully behaved all day especially for her glucose readings. We couldn't resist giving her a bravery award which she very much deserved! Well done Nell! 🐾🏅

🤔Why does my pet's breath smell🤔

⚠️❄🥶Antifreeze and cats🥶❄⚠️
Anti-freeze contains a chemical called Ethylene Glycol,
which has a sweet taste and smell that can attract cats—
and dogs too. If they find it, they might try to lick or eat it,
so always ensure the lid is tightly closed and store it
somewhere completely out of your pet’s reach. Signs of
anti-freeze poisoning in cats include vomiting, tiredness,
unsteadiness, seizures and difficulty breathing. Once
consumed, Ethylene Glycol turns into calcium oxalate
crystals, which can severely damage the kidneys and often
prove fatal. If you think your cat may have ingested antifreeze, contact your vet immediately - it’s an emergency.
