IMPORTANT PRICE INCREASE NOTICE:

Thank you to all our wonderful clients for your continued support over the last few years.

It has been 2 years now since we have had a price increase but due to increase operating costs and the cost of living rises it has become necessary for us to have a slight increase across all grooms.

For small and medium breeds it will be a £2.00 increase and on larger breeds it will be increase of £5.00 This will be effective from the 1st April 2024.

This also ensures that we continue to use top quality products and equipment.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing us as your groomers. 😊

We would like to wish all our customers and fur friends a very happy and healthy New Year for 2024. And we would like to thank you all for all your continued support.

I'm currently feeling a lot better and have been making a good recovery each week. We are looking to reopen in the coming weeks all being well. I will be starting off with a light workload at first, just to see how I get on. We will be contacting people over the coming weeks to rearrange appointments.

Derren and I would just like to say a huge thank you to you all for all your messages of support and get well wishes over the past couple of months, it's really does mean a lot to us.🥰

Update: Hello everyone 👋 just a little update on my recent illness and current situation.

After thinking I was getting better with the Pneumonia, unfortunately I took a turn for the worse at the weekend and ended up being admitted back to hospital on Monday. After further X-ray's and CT Scans, sadly I was advised that I have blood clots in both my lungs. The Doctors have advised that recovery can be weeks, months or worse case scenario longer. Obviously this has come as a shock but Derren and I are remaining positive, whilst I concentrate on getting better. 💪

As I don't know how long I will be off work for at this present time, we completely understand if you need to find another groomer in the meantime. I will message people in regards to cancelling appointments and I will keep you all up to date on the situation and my progress.

I also just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for always supporting us and your kind messages of support and get well wishes are always truly appreciated 🥰

We will certainly miss our fur friends in the meantime 🐶 but hoping to be back soon. 🤞

Hello Everyone, it's Lisa here 👋 Just a little update. Derren had to call me an ambulance yesterday morning as I had worsened over the weekend and I was readmitted back to hospital. The good news is I'm back home now. A&E had wrongly diagnosed me on the Friday with the gallbladder infection and suspected gallstones and had therefore sent me home with the wrong medication. After being admitted onto the 'Investigation' ward yesterday I had a CT scan that showed that I have a severe chest infection and fluid on my lungs. Now with the right Antibiotics to treat it and a good pain relief plan in place, I hope to be on the mend now very soon.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all, for all your get well wishes and once again for all your continued support that you always show. It really is very much appreciated 🥰 We looking forward to getting back out to you all very soon!

Hi everyone, this is Derren, Lisa's husband, just to let everyone know, Lisa fell ill last week, with what she thought was a pulled muscle in her side, but it gradually got worse and we went to A&E at Leighton Hospital on Friday & she has a Gallbladder Infection & suspected Gallstones which will probably require surgery, she is hopefully having a CT scan tomorrow (Monday) to find out for sure, at the moment she can't lie down & has to sleep sitting in an upright position, so obviously we will have to cancel all appointments for the next couple of weeks at least, I'll contact everyone individually as the week goes on, hopefully we won't be out of action for too long, thanks for your understanding & we'll hopefully see you all very soon x 🐾🐾❤️
