Was lovely seeing Biscuit and her family again today for a quick visit 🥰🐾
What a difference from last time! She barked a bit at first but no lunging and this was how she was within a couple of minutes.
Her owner has put the work in and continued to build a positive association to guests. Changing Biscuit's emotional response will take time and management, but so happy with her progress, they've done so well 👏🥰
