I also offer companion care such as pet sitting and cat/puppy visits. Privacy Policy: I keep all clients data in a secure password protected spreadsheet and hardcopies in folders at my home office. I keep client's number I issue on the copy of their key or their pet's name or use a distinctive keychain so I only know which key is for whose home. Data of the client and their pet are processed by me purely for the practical purposes of offering my services.

When a dog trusts you they are more likely to listen, understand and respond when you want them to do something. And if they don’t, it’s not because of a lack of respect. It is due to a lack of understanding or a break in communication on your part, and rather than punishing your dog because you think he is being disrespectful, you must spend more time teaching and helping him negotiate the human world he lives in.
