Let's talk maintenance treatments 💪

Whether your animal has recovered from surgery, now stable with conditions such as osteoarthritis or is a very active animal physiotherapy as a maintenance is very beneficial for all.

Maintenance treatments usually are around every 4-8 weeks sometimes longer if animals are doing well.

Meet Alan and Derek these two are young fit dogs who are very active, we see these two on a 6 weekly basis to ensure they are kept on top form. Seeing them regularly also allows us to identify any changes in joints, muscles or tendon/ligament early to prevents worsening or further development.

Happy 20th birthday to Pea! 🥳🎂🎉

This is Pea 🫛 I have had her for 15 years now and she is what made me strive to become a Veterinary Physiotherapist due to her long list of orthopedic ailments 🤦🏻‍♀️ at aged 20 she is retired living her best life, however you wouldn't think she was now an elderly lady 😂

Lets talk prams for dogs!

Jack my 15 year old Jack Russel is an elderly gentleman now and cannot quite manage longer walks especially to our local pub which he very much use to enjoy, so I purchased a pram for him so he can still enjoy coming out on longer walks! He very much enjoyed walking on the flat and then popped into his pram for the steep hills (Great workout for the pusher 😂)

Alot of my clients have an older dog and a much younger they often find themselves leaving the elderly dog at home, this is where a pram comes in very nicely! They are made for all size dogs... yes even a 30kg labrador! Check out for they diverse range of affordable prams.

Progress, Progress, Progress 💪 🙌

Check out the lovely Darcey's bottom! These pictures were taken 3 weeks apart and look at the definition change in the muscles over her hindlimbs.

Darcey suffers from a degenerative spinal condition and has been having a course of intensive physiotherapy and hydrotherapy! 💙

This gorgeous girl was a superstar last week at her maintenance physiotherapy session. As a border collie she is very active and likes to run with her owner so it's important that she stays in tip top condition! 💪
