🖤Ｔｈｅ Ｃａｎａｄｉａｎ ｇｏｏｓｅ🖤
These lil nuggets are such smart creatures with exceptional memories, they'll remember animals, people and situations they’ve experienced for life.
Migratory birds capable of flying 3,000 miles of up to 70mph, if one gets sick or wounded, several other (if not all) geese will drop out of flight formation to protect it until it's strong enough to re join, or pass.
They mate for life and grieve the loss of family members aswell as unhatched eggs. Such a beautiful species of bird we've got on our doorstep 🙌🫶

🐣 Nine little floofs ready to take on the world

Swans have the biggest eggs of all flight birds and possibly make the cutest of babies! They sleep on water overnight as do their cygnets who'll climb on mums back and spend all night under her wings. These cygnets will take around 4 months to fledge, they grow up super quick so it's lovely to see them under a week old 💚

Like many other creatures, swans recognise people/ faces, when they're happy to see you they'll raise their necks and snort. You may even see an impressive wing stretch 🥰🦢💯

Sidenote, never feed bread to birds- if you can't get your hands on bird food then a bland cereal with minimal sugar would be a good substitute
