For today’s Adventures with Spaniel Indie we headed to Wherstead for a beautiful circular walk that was full of wild garlic and bluebells.

This is one of my favourite routes and beautiful throughout the year but it’s especially stunning when all the wild flowers are in full bloom.

And, when doing this route a stop at the food hall for cake is a must.

A little mini Adventures with Spaniel Indie today as we went to the Blossom Day at White House Farm Grundisburgh to see Mark’s tree.

It was really lovely wandering around the Orchard and the smell of the blossom is amazing. And, even on a cool day like today the bees are so busy buzzing from tree to tree.

Just hoping now for a good crop in the autumn. 🙂

As the sun was shining we headed to Shotley for today’s Adventures with Spaniel Indie

We love this walk, which starts at Shotley marina and over the lock gate bridge then takes you up the River Orwell. Then heads inland to Shotley church and beyond to the banks of the River Stour and back along the river path to our starting point.

We even finished with a fabulous meal at the pub.

We now have a very tired puppy.

It was a tad windy but I never get tired of this beautiful place and the signs of spring are everywhere.

For today’s Adventure with Indie we headed to Stonham Aspal for a beautiful country walk around the village.

After a small diversion due to a small housing estate being build where the path should be we were soon back on track. The walk started and finished at the beautiful Stonham Aspal Church complete with it unusual carved pew endings.

A very soggy Adventure with Indie today. As she had such a busy day yesterday and it was chucking it down we thought we’d take a little stroll to the park to see our friends at Suffolk Sound who were helping out at the Christchurch Park Market.
Despite the rain we had a lovely walk and the daffodils certainly brighten the day. Plus Indie got to try out her brand new drying robe from elitepawsuk

For today’s Adventure with Indie we headed off to Alton Water as we thought it might be less muddy than some of our normal haunts and has a nice cycle path all the way round, how wrong were we?

It was very muddy in places but we still had lots of fun. Especially Indie who found all the puddles. She got so muddy today but it was all good as she then took a swim in the reservoir.

If your tap water is a little cloudy this evening, don’t worry it’s just the mud off our little spaniel.
