... Our little story....

Welcome to the place where we care and love for your dogs. Agicore is a small business with close friends with an idea we created a couple of years ago. We went to shops and couldn't find any suitable toys for them to play with, especially for one of our dogs which needed a lot of playtime. In the shops we found toys that wasnt suitable for dogs to play with, the balls we

re made with hard materials, ropes made with plastic easily destroyed by the dog. As Ula already worked in the business for dogs play toys and realised that dogs deserved a reward for good behaviour , training and to build right relathionship with the handler. For a dog to recieve a special reward for a toy, they have to be soft but durable, right lenght on the rope which is both comfortable for the handler and the dog, in the same time they must look aesthetically nice and be bright and colourful. Our toys are 100% hand crafted and incredible attention to details therefore these are not easily damaged unlike cheap imitations. We are evolving as a buisness all the time and bringing new ideas and new toys. well really yes they are as we have proof that the dogs really do love our toys alongside our clients who are also happy! Our toys are hand crafted and every combination of colours, and product is very unique that’s why we cannont quarantee that each time you will recieve indentical toy, these toys are totally individual like your dog. How to do it? 1. Hold the dog by the harness or collar - show him that you have the toy, excite him and get him geared up for a race to chase the toy. 2. Throw the toy and most importantly! Race with the dog to it - whoever catches the toy first wins and gets to play with it. If the dog catches it, you play tug together; if you catch it, you play with it alone (second clip). Remember to let the dog win more times, but occasionally, for greater motivation, you can catch the toy yourself to show that it’s worth racing and running as fast as possible! Repeatedly performing the same activity can very easily turn into an obsession. Add to this the fact that fetching is often the only activity we do with the dog during walks, and we have a recipe for problems to arise. What are the long-term consequences of continuous fetching? 1. Obsession: The dog is unable to relax even during a regular walk, constantly waiting for the “ball.” Such dogs often can’t even relieve themselves (toilet). 2. Injuries and changes in the skeletal and muscular systems, leading to degenerative changes. 3. The more you throw for the dog, the more it needs it—high stimulation desensitizes the dog to feelings of fatigue, pain, or thirst, making it very easy to overtrain. 🩵There are plenty of fun and easy games for your dog during a walk—I will show you them in upcoming videos. 🩵It’s not that we should completely stop throwing anything, but we definitely need to do it wisely!
