I recently finished a 13 night stay with Tigger & Gip, the sweetest pair of whippets! We went to private fields and the beach, enjoyed some enrichment with kongs, played with their favourite toys, and loved plenty of snuggles! 💗

I felt quite sad when I had to leave them - I felt as though we'd really bonded! I had the most wonderful time with them 🥰

Betty and Rupert's first walk was today! We'll be walking together a few times a week 💓

What a sweet pair. They ran nearly the entire time - they were so happy and excited! Betty enjoyed rolling in the grass and they both loved meeting a couple of other dogs on our walk.

We began some gentle work with recall, but the focus is to allow them to settle in with me first 🥰

Teddy, Lucy, Rupert, Daisy and Maisie 💓

I had a very busy day of dog sitting yesterday! All 5 of these dogs had each individual needs which I was happy to take care of.

Teddy is blind and diabetic. This means he needs some guidance on his walk and some help to navigate now and then around the house and garden. I gave him his insulin injection which he takes like an absolute champ! 🙌

Rupert has medication for epilepsy which he has no problem taking when it's in the middle of some cheese spread! 😂

Lucy is such a sweet girl, with a submissive grin! She loves to snuggle the second you sit down 🥰

Daisy and Maisie are both rescues that are understandably scared. Maisie stayed upstairs where she felt the safest which I respected!

Daisy slowly began to come downstairs, and started to edge closer to me. She showed and told me that she was incredibly frightened and showed some aggression, so I completely ignored her. Eventually she came and sat next to me and was trying to figure me out. She lifted her paw and began to tap my arm! By the end of the evening she was coming to me for comfort and reassurance and was able to fall asleep in the same room as me 🥹

It's an honour and so rewarding to earn trust from your beloved pets and to make them feel safe and understood 💗

I just finished some pop-in visits for Jack & Mia!

Jack is such a sweet, affectionate boy and he loved hanging around with me the whole time!

Mia on the other hand was not too impressed that I was there rather than her Mum! Her little grumpy face says it all! 😂 She slowly started to warm to me, and I'll be seeing them again in a few weeks so hopefully she remembers that it really wasn't that bad 🥹

Barney is SO funny and gorgeous. I'm having such a good time getting to know him on our walks together 🥹

Did you know that I offer a wedding chaperone service? 💒

I was honoured to be part of a lovely couple's special day! I had the job of staying with Hobson and Nora while they watched their parents get married 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

I constantly had sausage at the ready, and it's a good job as Hobson didn't take his eyes off my treat pouch 😂 I made sure that the dogs had a few short walks to avoid overstimulation, and provided plenty of water as it was a warm day!

My first walk with Poppy today 🥹

We tried yesterday, but she was very unsure and nervous around me, so we used yesterday as a chance for Poppy to build up some trust. When I arrived today she was very happy to see me with her harness! She allowed me to put it on and for us to go to a place that she knows well 😌

As you can see she loves sniffing and she definitely can't say no to treats! 🍪

This job makes my heart so happy and I love seeing the trust slowly build 🤩💗
