That’s a wrap!!

Congraduation to my lovely puppies who over the last 5 weeks have improved immensely with their behaviour and training. They’ve all come a long way and the hard work put in by their caregivers, really has paid off!

A MASSIVE well done to these lovely girls on completing their puppy training course. They’ve all done exceptionally well, alongside their very patient caregivers.

Having a puppy is tough work, it requires a lot of patience, resilience and understanding. With the correct training, and understanding of their emotional health, you will reap the rewards of a fantastic dog. Good luck for the future!!

Exciting news!! Due to being inundated with enquiries on my puppy classes. I now have two course running back to back on the same dates. 22nd February START for 5 weeks. Saturday mornings in Paignton.

I have ONE space left in one of the classes/courses. The other course is fully booked.

A big shoutout to this big gentle giant Harlo. Who’d have thought that after being hired to help with his loose lead training, that his progress has been so incredible that I’m still walking him now - 30 weeks pregnant. Yesterday we went out in the rain and whilst he didn’t like the rain, I slowed down a bit and he was so patient. Even looked like he was checking up on me now and then. Love him lots and will miss him whilst I’m off for a bit.

Great work from the girls today on their 3rd week. I expect they were all shattered after the session 😂.
Today they began to learn ‘settle/go to mat” - a great behaviour for a number of scenarios. They also made a start on ‘stay’.

A little update below on future bookings.

We have had a few cold spells in recent weeks ❄️, so a good time to remind you of winter safety and pet care tips.

🐾Try to walk your dog during daylight hours. If it is dark, make sure you and your dog can be seen by using LED collars, high-vis clothing etc.
🐾Older dogs or those with thinner coats may appreciate a warm coat.
🐾Salt and grit can irritate your pet’s paws, wash their feet if they come into contact with it.

🐱 Provide a litter tray inside for your cat, even if they usually go outside. Your cat may appreciate extra enrichment indoors if they usually spend time outside e.g. playing together, or using a puzzle feeder.

☠️ANTIFREEZE☠️

Ingestion of even small quantities of antifreeze is often unfortunately fatal. Cats are most susceptible, licking from puddles or from their paws. Be sure to keep antifreeze away from pets (and children) and mop up any spills. If you see your cat ingesting antifreeze seek veterinary attention immediately.
