Impaction colic can be a worry for horse owners especially when the temperatures drop and horses tend to drink less, this on top of an increased amount of dry forage (hay/haylage) being offered due to the snow and or turnout being restricted can lead to the impaction of ingested material in the intestinal tract.
A TheraPlate session this winter can help to ease worrying health concerns, look for a registered and fully accredited IATS specialist who is fully insured to treat and consult alongside your vet to help build bespoke winter therapy plans.
👉🏽 Worried about winter laminitis
👉🏽 Winter rehabilitation
👉🏽 Colic concerns
👉🏽 Helping to ease arthritic pain
TheraPlate can be a great choice…
Don’t forget TheraPlate will also help to keep your horses warm, so if you have not been able to do much because your arena has been out of action, calling in TheraPlate can be a great alternative.
One session a week is effective enough to help your horses health, while it’s easy on your pocket as well.
