If your dog is crated or sleeps downstairs, Owners must understand that Dogs may act differently here, if they become stressed or cause distress to other Dogs by crying or barking etc. We will try to calm them if this fails the Dog will be allowed to sleep upstairs or out of crate by signing this you are giving permission for us to do so.
In an event of an emergency We will always take your Dog to your Vets unless they are closed. If they are closed, we will take them to Pet Medics Worsley who we are registered with as a business. There address is Unit A1, Priestley Road, Worsley, Manchester M28 2LY. Contact Number is 0161 794 4999 and they are open 24 hours, 365 days a year. By signing this contract you’re agreeing that your Dog can be taken there, any extra costs will be covered by Owner.
By signing this you are confident you have stated all Dogs unusual behaviours or traits, by not doing so this may end up with Owner or Emergency contact being contacted to pick the Dog up immediately. We will take every precaution possible to ensure that all Dogs in our care are kept healthy and safe. However, the client must accept that incidents may arise when pets socialise together and we cannot be held responsible for such situations. By signing this contract, you are confirming that in an event of an incident the Owner or Emergency Contact will be required to pick the Dog up immediately. Failure to do so the Dog will be taken to a local kennels at Owners cost by regulations of our License.
In case of suspected illness or injury vet care may be required for examination, treatment or surgery. I would seek to contact you for instructions. I reserve the right to make medical decisions in an emergency if you cannot be contacted. We will administer any treatment prescribed by the vet but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that your pet may have. You the Owner will be expected to pay all vet costs. If we cannot contact you, we expect to be fully reimbursed for all vet bills and any other incidental costs in our home.
