Polite reminder about appointment times ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ ๐Ÿ™‚
Please make sure you are turning up ON TIME to your appointments, not late or early.
I can take 5, 10 mins at a push as sometimes thereโ€™s no traffic and you guys love to be organised (would love to know how that feels๐Ÿ˜†) but please no earlier than that. Iโ€™ve had an increased amount of people turning up 20-30 mins early and itโ€™s really not helpful ๐Ÿซ  especially if I have a dog thatโ€™s easily distracted or reactive etc or sometimes itโ€™s the middle of my lunch ๐Ÿฅช ๐Ÿ˜† (this girls gotta eat and even if you say youโ€™ll wait outside I canโ€™t do it sorry ๐Ÿคฃ)

Same as late showers, depending on what service you have been booked in for - any later than 20 mins and appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be kept/50% cancellation fee

And my last moan๐Ÿ˜ฌโ€ฆ
Please make sure we are collecting on time as I do not have holding space for your dog, I work on a 1-2-1 and I canโ€™t do that if people arenโ€™t collecting on time! (Please keep in contact if you are held up)

If you turn up to collect and your dog is still on the table PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR
If your dog is distracted by you upon arrive I will terminate the groom where I am as itโ€™s not worth the risk of injury

Everyone please take massive care when transporting your dogs to and from the parlour over the next few days as temps are going to be super high ๐Ÿฅต
Yesterday I managed to keep the cabin at a workable temperature so Iโ€™m hoping that can continue ๐Ÿคž
Same as last year, I will be drying the dogs just enough for me to be able to trim so this may mean having slightly damp ears etc

As always every dog is different so if your dog is elderly and/or has health issues Iโ€™m more than happy to rearrange for when it is cooler โ„๏ธ
