Our Story...
It is a vast understatement to say that our family is all about the dogs. As we always say, it’s the dogs house, we just pay the mortgage!
Our little family began with Kimi, our fox red Labrador who we have had since she was 7 weeks old and she is simply amazing; kind, clever and loving beyond belief. We then decided that Kimi was far too brilliant to be an only child and definitely needed a little sister!
This time though, we agreed that we wanted to rescue a dog rather than buy a puppy. Due to this, we found out about an amazing charity called Amicii Dog Rescue and the incredible work they do and we found our second furbaby, Tia! What can we say about Tia? Well, she is definitely the cheekiest of the bunch, albeit the most obedient, and she is 100% a daddy’s girl! Tia is very playful and loving and is completely in love with Kimi. You’ve never seen such close and tight besties as those two!
So, where did Jess come from? Well, we never planned to get a third dog but when I saw a post about Jess, a gorgeous Husky x German Shepherd/Wolf who was in kennels at the time and was far too beautiful and lovely a girl to be in such a place, so I contacted Amicii and offered Jess a foster home with us all so she could get some love and respite. Very quickly, we decided to keep Jess as she became a part of our family instantly. Jess is a wise girl and has a deep soul - she can be very chilled out and then starts playing with you like she is a puppy again!
