Rolo is having a good relaxing spa time in my salon. Only him no other dog at the same time. He has clean eyes, ears cleans, paw and nose balm for dry skin , mud shooting for a shiny coat. And also wee bandanas to make him smart.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your appointment 2 days prior your booking free of charge.

Please note that if you do last minute cancellation (I can't fill up your session) and you will be asked to pay cancellation fee which is £20/dog.

Dear customers,



Some tips when you visit



-Please make sure your dog is healthy or call so we may reschedule your appointment. (We must think of other dogs and their safety)



-Please try to assure that your dog goes to the toilet before the appointment (no toilet facilities available at the shop for our best friends unfortunately)

-When you come to pick up your best friend pls check that grooming is finished or knock the window, (Dogs gets very excited when they see their owners so I must stop grooming not to harm your friend. I am also unable to continue if they are too excited to remain still)



-Don't forget to rebook your next appointment before you go (to avoid to be disappointed.)
