Baby Mabel came for her first puppy pamper at 14 weeks old. It is so important to introduce puppies to the grooming process as soon as their course of vaccinations are complete. That way they become well accustomed to the salon and accept grooming as part of their routine. Sadly some breeders are telling new puppy owners to leave it until they are 6 months before getting them groomed. Recently I have had to clip a few puppies very short as they had been left until 6 months for their first groom and were already severely matted. 😢

Sorry to have to moan but no shows/last minute cancellations are becoming a real issue. I do understand that sometimes emergencies arise but as with any appointment based business, I rely on my customers to show up. If they don't, and I am unable to fill the spot last minute, I do not make money. The more this happens, the harder it is for me to pay my bills. Please be respectful of my time and my business by showing up to your appointment. A reminder of my Cancellation Policy in my Terms Of Service…

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES GIVING LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE GROOMING FEE. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE GROOMING FEE.

Thank you for your continued support. I do appreciate that most of my customers wouldn’t dream of not showing up to their appointment.
