LowCarbHealth Why do we blame ancient food for new diseases? This is an interesting thought. Maybe if you've managed to read this far you start to see the connections.

We have existed for around 200 000 years as modern humans most of our development weve been hunters and collectors. We have eaten what natures been giving us and survived and developed to what we are today. For some reason todays modern medicine puts the blame on our ancient food for modern diseases. You are what you eat and your health starts with the food you put in as fuel. Your health doesn’t

come from going on one stupid diet after another. We think food should taste good, you eat to fill up with energy and keep healthy and you go to the gym or do sports because it makes you stronger, it’s fun and gives you energy and strength to deal with everything you want to accomplish in life. The advice given to us by doctors today simply doesn’t work, you can’t live a whole life counting calories and being hungry. To many people try this and for every year of counting calories and holding back they gain more and more weight and get more and more problems. It’s time to start thinking out of the box and stop listening to advice that works poorly or not at all. We need to eat what we were designed to eat just like any other animal on our planet.

Gelatin, the absolute "must try" for anyone of you out there with painful knees, hips or shoulders. As we now only eat the filet and not the rest of the animal our bodys lack important building materials for our ligaments and joints. Try 1 teaspoon in a glass of water, leave for five minutes and drink. Or have it in your coffee!
