There are no words to describe the horror and tragedy of news that is filtering through today. My thoughts go out to all those affected by the Paris attrocities. Please remember that the perpetrators are evil, brainwashed radicals and are a very small percentage of those who follow the Muslim religion There is a dep chasm between religion and faith. Religion can be devisive; faith is loving and compassionate. . We stand shoulder to shoulder with the world against the evil. There are many of us and a few of them. May your God be with you and your angels be close as we come to terms and stand withf strength and purpose. Blessed be. ###

Too often we tell ourselves that we are not enough; our light shines less brightly than others; that we have nothing special that couldn't easily be provided by other people. This is far from the truth. Take heed of the words in the photo. Your light only shines dimly because you do not have the confidence to let it burst forth; you are much more than enough, yet to accept that you are simply enough can lead to peace within. You have nothing to prove and are loved and blessed for the wonderful loving person you are. Some people will have your skills and attributes but not your gentle manner or caring touch. You are incredibly special and this knowledge can give you the courage to be yourself without apology or justification. Be the person you want to be and are meant to be. The universe is waiting. You are ready. Time to shine.

I'm noticing a pattern in the posts which are leaping out you' when doing readings or soul guidance. There is of course that saying "Physician heal thyself" - perhaps saying it's fine to give others this advice when really it is something I need to heed. Point taken, Universe!

Now is the perfect moment to let go of all that no longer serves you.

It is pride that often stops us from letting go. We prefer to hold onto the hurt, to own it and enable it to fester and grow. It leads to black, stagnant energy which can permeate your whole being Your soul deserves better, It deserves light, warmth and crystal clear energy. These insults and offences have no right to reside with you. They happened, they cannot be undone, but leave them where they belong, in the past. The relief you will find from finally letting go will make your feel instantly lighter and you will face the world with renewed insight and delight. Do it now.

What a glorious, beautiful thing we call karma! All too often people use it as a weapon 'you just wait...' And it is true that every action has a reaction but the power of positive action also creates an environment of joyful reactions. It has been in evidence today at a fund raiser for the brilliant MacMillan charity. My part was only a small piece of the jigsaw such as lending a table cloth to a stall holder who had forgotten and gifting someone with earrings as it was appropriate for their company. A couple of free 1 card angel reading saw 1 girl visibly brighten as a load lifted from her. She then confidently carried around a collecting bucket when a very brave soul was having her head shaved after which the 'bucket lady' (for want of a better word!) won beautiful flowers in the raffle! The earring lady had a hand made thank you card that didn't sell so she gifted it to me. It was almost a 'pass it forward' exercise which we should all try to do.

Financially, the day was pretty disastrous but it didn't matter. I met lovely people who helped when I needed it, made some great connections, reconnected with an old friend and supported a great charity.

We all have a karmic debt: things we would wish unsaid or undone or where we did not give the best of ourselves. By helping someone in some small way an amount is wiped from your debt and your karmic account will soon be overflowing with credit.

Be joyful, be thankful, be helpful, be kind but above all be your wonderful amazing self and ask will be well ###
