Pentyrch Boarding Kennels We are open:
Monday-Friday: 9am til 1pm and 2pm til 5pm for collections and drop offs. We are closed everyday 1pm til 2pm for lunch.

Saturday-Sunday: 10am til 1pm and 3pm til 5pm for collections and drop offs. Collections after 11am incur a day care charge. We are a family run business situated 10 minutes from the centre of Cardiff and 20 minutes from Cardiff Airport. Our state of the art kennels are situated on the outskirts of the quiet country village of Pentyrch, set in 200 acres of rolling countryside and woodland. Pentyrch Boarding Kennels is a relaxing idyllic location for your much loved dog to stay.

Please respect our opening hours. Our staff work long, hard hours to provide the best care for the pets in our residence.

Our weekday hours are:

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Weekend hours are:

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

We will no longer be accommodating customers outside of these times. We are extremely flexible allowing last-minute changes and cancellations at no extra cost.

These hours are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of both our staff and the pets we care for. Thank you for your understanding.

CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS 2024
SATURDAY 21ST DECEMBER - 9AM - 12PM
SUNDAY 22ND DECEMBER - NORMAL HOURS
MONDAY 23RD DECEMBER - NORMAL HOURS
TUESDAY 24TH DECEMBER - 9AM - 12PM
CHRISTMAS DAY - CLOSED
BOXING DAY - CLOSED
FRIDAY 27TH DECEMBER ONWARDS - NORMAL HOURS.

We have dogs with us every day of the year, when we say closed, it only means closed for drop offs and pick ups. All the dogs with us over Christmas will of course get the same care as usual.
