When the world has frozen around you feilds are like ice rink with temperatures around
-10 the arena still hasnt frozen. Hire available this afternoon. Jack enjoying a leg stech at 8am this morning.

For the ones of you who have messaged me asking if we offer livery at this time we dont. However Crosshill Livery has vacancy. Fab little yard with American barn stables, enclosed yard with post and rail. And fenced arena, Turn out and lockable tack rooms. Cant recommended it hilghy enough. Contact details are in post below.

Hi all

Thank you all for the messages and booking requests the response has been great! 🎊🎊🎊🎊

Just a post to anwser a few of the common questions.

1) Acsess and Parking

We have access for everything from a car and trailer up to the biggest wagons. Although if your coming in anything over 7.5ton you will need to be able to reverse to turn around.
Anything 7.5ton or under will be able to turn around in the farm yard without needing to reverse.

If your 7.5ton or under you will be able to park by the stables 20yrd from arena. But u will need to reverse to turn around on your way out.

Over 7.5ton or anyone who struggles to reverse can park in the farm yard. (50yrds from arena)

2) The arena

Its a large 25x45 (it actually measures 26x47)
Its fully fenced and there is a mounting block it the corner of the arena.

Poo picking tools are also there. There is a black bin in the corner of the arena to empty the scoop into.

At this time we dont have flood lights but these will be being fitted so keep an eye on my FB page ill update you when there in.

3) Jumps

Once delivery has arrived there will be a good selection of fillers poles and wings and even a water tray to make 6 jumps that can be jumped in both directions. Allowing a course of up to 12 fences. Or a small 3/4 fence grid if you prefer

4) lunging in the arena

Lunging is generally not allowed just to save the arena. However if you do have a fresh or young horse that you want to spin round for a few minutes b4 you get on to take the edge off This is ok.

4) Payment

You can pay by cash or bank transfer

5) Livery

At this time we do not offer livery. However given the amount of request for it we are going to look into this. Keep an eye on the page

We will be opening for arena hire and lessons as of the 1st of November
Arena hire is £15 for 30mins or £30 for the hour. Some jumps available (awaiting delivery on new set so keeping fingers crossed they arrive before the 1st) so please check on booking if your wanting to jump a course. I will update when they arrive.

Lesson with a fully insured instructor. I have evented up to BE Novice level and had the pleasure to work for, and train with some of the top riders in the sport previously.
I can cater for any level of rider beginner who are just starting out with their horse, to more advanced riders wanting to progress and improve aspects of their riding.
Flat and jump lessons available.
Lesson start at £25 for 30 minutes or £45 for the hour.
