HERBS...🌿☘️🌳🐴
We stock many different types of herbs for your horse here and one specific brand is Equus Health 🤩
When horses roam free in the wild, in addition to grasses, they search hedgerows, bushes and trees etc for a vast variety of plants that carry the nutrients they need.
Some domesticated horses may struggle to find such in their well-kept pastures so adding some specific herbs to their feed can be beneficial if your equine friend is lacking in something.
For example:
🌟Agnus Cactus (a.k.a monks pepper/chaste berry) which helps support the endocrine system. It is commonly used for mares to help balance hormones.
🌟Cinnamon - Supports blood glucose levels which can help horses/ponies to feel more full.
🌟Boswellia (Frankincense) - Supports tendon, ligament and joint health to support all round mobility.
🌟Marigold & Cleavers - Helps keep the lymphatic system healthy. Useful for horses prone to swollen legs.
🌟Veteran Mix to support all round health and vitality in the older equine (contains Fenugreek for appetite, burdock for digestive, kidney and liver support, Hawthorne for to aid the function of the circulatory system).
🌟Calming Mix - an impressive blend of herbs that encourages a relaxed temperment whilst improving focus by reducing nervousness and tension (contains Vervain to help calm, Valerian to strengthen and support the nervous system, Chamomile to soothe digestive issues and encourage a calmer manner).
🌟Move Easy - An incredible powdered blend of Boswellia, Glucosamine, MSM, Chrondroitin Sulphate and more to support joint health, mobility and flexibility. With added Vitamin E for muscle function.
🌟Topical treatments for application to the skin - Aloe Vera Spray (soothes bites, burns, grazes), Thuja Cream (traditionally used to help sarcoids and other abnormal skin growths)
