This scheme is being rolled out nationally so please pass the word on. The idea is to have the dog's DNA on a data base so should they be stolen and their chip removed/damaged, they can still be reunited with their owners. Many dogs seem to be recovered without means of being returned. More information on www.dnaprotected.co.uk
