As we can all feel it's getting rather hot! Please bear this in mind when bringing your dog for their grooming appointment, I have an air conditioning unit in the van and a thermometer to keep a close eye on the temperature but if I feel the weather is too hot I may have to rearrange some appointments - this is for your dog's safety and mine! I do not rearrange appointments lightly but the health and safety of my customers dogs and myself must always come first!
Please do not walk your dog to your appointment - if they are too hot when they arrive I will not be grooming them! Please let me know a couple of days before your appointment if you do not drive and usually walk - I can arrange collection/drop off in the local New Ash Green area.
Please also bear in mind if your dog is predisposed to heat stress or has a medical condition this may also pose a risk to their health during grooming - even if they are suffering from the heat, it is NEVER worth risking their life for a hair cut.
Dog's may leave slightly damp from their appointments as my hairdryer magnifies heat - and it can only blow out air as cool as it can suck in! If it gets too hot I will stop the drying process.
