Thank you to everyone that visited the show!! You put on ‘yer big coats’ and got on with the rain and we had a totally fantastic time!! Soooo many beautiful dogs and wonderfully kind people. Thank you for using the bins provided and picking up after your dogs!! Thank you for supporting our show and the traders that came to showcase their wares. All funds from to day will be donated to The Laceby Community Collective.

Thank you to Nicole and Tom, our totally brilliant dog show judges for being your usual amazing selves, driving all the way from Doncaster to judge our classes!!

Okay… We’ll agree that the forecast is looking a little grim right now…

We know you’re all hardcore dog owners so put ya big coat on and get the kids in their wellybobs and join the fun!! It’s going to rain whether you’re inside or outside so you may as well come along and join in!!

The Laceby Community Collective are putting up their massive gazebo so there’s somewhere for you to take shelter whilst you have your lunch! There’s loads of small businesses, the community collective are doing hot drinks, there’s food and activities for the kids too.

See you there ☔️

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Unfortunately, due to an issue with the TENS licence Shadowbridge Brewery are unable to make it this Sunday for the Laceby Dog Show! We do however have The Laceby Community Collective serving tea and coffee to raise further funds and The Cheese Den will have a selection of cold soft drinks available to purchase!

Other than that, load up your cool boxes and hip flasks and get yourselves down to Butt Lane Playing Fields for a totally awesome day of dogs, good food and local businesses and organisations!!!

‼️Please, if you are bringing your own reserves, try to bring cans instead of glass as there will be a lot of children and doggies running about! Also TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME OR PUT IT IN THE BIN ❗️DO NOT❗️ LEAVE IT ON THE GRASS!! It could harm wildlife, children or pets and worst of all, the VOLUNTEERS at The Laceby Community Collective then have to spend more of their own time picking up after YOU! DON’T BE SCRUFFY!‼️

We are big believers in you get what you pay for… We use reputable (and often not cheap) companies for our uniform, gazebo/fixtures and fittings, packaging… We won’t go there on the car, let’s just say I knew what I was doing when I chose a mechanic to be the love of my life!! (The two legged love, the other one can’t reach the pedals🐾😆)

BUT… With natural treats this doesn’t have to be the case!!! We are hearing more and more ‘omg you are so cheap’ ‘you need to put your prices up’ ‘the stand over there is selling x product for £20 more!’

All of our products are natural. There’s no hidden nasties. They are all from sustainable and reputable sources in the UK and EU. The exceptions to this is that the camel skins come from Turkey and the Ostrich bones come from South Africa - for obvious reasons! Still responsibly sourced. There’s no cheap 💩 mass produced from China. They’re all air/freeze dried thoroughly to ensure that they’re safe for your pet to eat and that they have a long expiry date - 12-18 months if stored in a cool dry place.

We will never over charge. If I wouldn’t pay it, I won’t charge it!! Our prices are competitive with the bigger companies BUT when you shop with us, you are supporting a LOCAL individual’s dream. You are helping to feed her (dog) children.

Come on down to Laceby Dog Show and meet the amazing Emma from Lincs Pet First Aid and N E Lincs Dog Training!

As well as holding a stall, selling her variety of pet first aid products, Emma will be entering the area to do some demonstrations! Watch her work her ex police K9, Ben and put him through his paces with some tricky obedience and scent work. Pay attention because she will also be demonstrating some canine first aid and talking the crowds through what to do in various medical emergencies!!

Emma has put in lots of time along with ourselves to organise this event and it would mean the world to us if you could turn out and support us as we raise funds for The Laceby Community Collective!

We are pleased to announce that trader(s) number 4 is Doggie Diva and pampered pooches !

Doggie diva is run by Emma who has been grooming 6 years, been self employed 4 years and owned her own Salon for a year.
Pampered Pooches is run by Hollie under the Doggie Diva salon. Hollie has been grooming for a year.

This small salon team will be at the show offering a range of services including:

Dog grooming advice
Dog face trims
Nail clipping
Nail painting
Creative colour from a splash of colour on the end of their tail or ears to a stencil of colour on the backs (Dog friendly and Washable)

They will also have a range of different dog grooming products for sale

Come along and support them alongside the many other small businesses that will be attending.
