Child and adult horse riding lessons in and around South Wales, provided by qualified Welsh Team Dressage Rider, Ruth Gladman. Fully insured.

With over 20 years' teaching experience Ruth Gladman provides horse riding lessons for children and adults of all ages and abilities, specialising in the grass-root rider. Based in South Wales (UK), Ruth trains riders in and around the area as well as Mid & South West England in locations including Cardiff, Newport, Brecon, Gloucestershire and Somerset. Her lessons include:

- Flat and jumping les

Ruth also can provide:
- Pony Club coaching
- Stable management and lectures

A very wet xc training at leyland court on Saturday. Didn’t jump much as ground was a lot worse than at home, however Alfie was loving it 😍 #rhonddadevelopmentcoltd

With my back being very sore over the last few days. We decided to delay our first event so no Waverton for us on Saturday. 😢 however I did manage a canter for the first time since Tuesday, can’t trot as still too sore. So here’s hoping it keeps improving #rhonddadevelopmentcoltd

Great start to the year, thought we would have a nice easy start as Alfie not overalls jumping fit at the moment. Bit rusty in places and I forgot my grackle so turning was a bit harder 🤣So clear in the arena eventing and a 4th place #rhonddadevelopmentcoltd

Well what a day. Alfie was in a very funny mood today, wasn’t a fan of the ground in the dressage, one down in sj as was galloping round not listening and time faults xc for going to fast 😂 he was tricky to ride today. We’ve had a fantastic season … on to start some training over winter then a little holiday before next year I think Thank you for everyone’s support and help.
