𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗘𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘
Prep Time - 15 minutes
Cook Time - 12 minutes
Serves - 12 Servings
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
Oggi Biscuit Mix – Original
60ml/3.5 Tbsp Water
45ml/2.5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
50g Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘
- Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 3.
- Lightly grease the bun tray ready for use
- Place the cake mix in a bowl, add 60ml/3.5 tablespoons of water and 45ml/2.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Lightly chop the blueberries and stir into your mix until evenly blended.
- With a dessert spoon (which you may want to dip in water to stop the mix sticking), evenly scoop the mixture into your greased bun tray. For small cakes this should make 12 individual cakes, or 6 larger cakes.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 12 minutes or until risen and golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and leave to cool down completely before storing or feeding them to your dog.

*these cakes must be stored in the refrigerator*

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
Oggi Biscuit Mix – Original
87.5ml/5 Tbsp Water
3 Small/Medium Cooked Sausage
*𝙄𝙈𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙏 - 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴*

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘
- Preheat the oven to 160C,320F, Gas Mark 3.
- Place the biscuit mix in a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of water and mix together with a spoon until dough forms.
- Finely chop the sausages and add to the mixture, along with the final 1 tablespoon of water and stir until blended.
- Knead the dough for a minute or two, until well blended and firm.
- Place the dough on a flat surface that has been sprinkled with flour and roll out to a thickness of approx. 6mm/0.25inch.
*Putting a little flour on the rolling pin will help with rolling out*
- Cut out the biscuits with the bone-shaped cutter provided until all the rolled-out dough has been used. You may need to re-roll the dough to continue cutting, until all dough has been utilised.
- Carefully place the biscuits on a lightly greased baking tray, evenly spaced, brush with a little milk, and bake for 15minutes or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and leave to cool down completely before storing or feeding them to your dog.
