Omega 3 & 6. What are they? Do you feed them to your horse? Are they in the correct 4:1 ratio? This is a great little article explaining all and which is the best source and why. Essential for all horses through the winter months (great benefits for coat, skin and hoof quality) and especially important for track kept equines all year round due to no grass intake. ☺️

Just home from a fabulous two days in Stow-on-the-Wold at ESMA’s 2024 Conference by Professor Jean-Marie Denoix. WOW! What a font of knowledge he is - my mind is full of fabulous information. I can highly recommend learning with Professor Denoix to all therapists, dentists, farriers, vets, saddlers etc - all were there these last couple of days which was wonderful.

Event horses that had a lower total number of misalignments were more likely to be placed higher in a FEI 1* eventing competition. Further research of effects of correcting misalignments on performance parameters is recommended.

Does your dog have plaque on their teeth? Try Fragaria 3C homeopathic tincture! My dog had awful hard, thick yellow concrete like plaque on his top back teeth. I gave this for a month in his feed and it has (all bar one tiny piece top left) gone! He will remain on it at a lower dose now to prevent come back.

You can get it on amazon or from Dorwest herbs. Such an easy & cheap way compared to teeth cleaning & vets descaling. You can use it for any animal. 🤗

Some of you know but many of you probably don’t know that I am training to be a Homeopath! I am in my third year now and (hopefully) graduate July 2025. It is homeopathy awareness week now.

It is a wonderful way to help your body heal and reach it’s full potential for all sorts - acute illness, chronic illness, mental/emotional ilness/issues both new and ongoing. The wonders of it never cease to amaze me.

I have used homeopathy for myself and my family for many years now and it got me out of a bad patch of anxiety and really bad night terrors. It sometimes isn’t a super quick fix (although I have seen things change so fast sometimes) but my goodness it can be life changing.
