The end of an era. Thank you.

Hi everyone an important update for you all. After contemplating for the last 2 years how to move forward in the current economy and considering what the future might look like, I have come to the decision to close White Forest. There is a few reasons why this decision has been made.

Alot has changed since starting White Forest all those years ago. Brexit made it harder and more expensive to import materials and to send out to other countries. As a result, suppliers for materials became restricted and meant we could no longer compete at the prices of other manufacturers that can afford to purchase in large bulk or supply in the masses to nationwide stores that people frequently use. We continued to supply to people within the UK and Ireland however more rules and regulations have come into play for Ireland which would reduce our scope further.

Alongside this, my wife's condition has deteriorated, particularly over the last year. I have been full time caring and juggling with White Forest orders which reached a point of causing significant stress. It's just no longer feesable to continue on when so much has changed and our lives are so different now.

I want to say a big thank you to all of the customers that have ordered over the years, new and returning. It's been fun to see what colours you all chose to have your items made. I've loved hearing about how much you loved your items too so thank you to the people who emailed to let us know.

I'm extremely proud of the brand that we made and that so many of our customers have used our products for years and years.

It's been a long, fun, interesting, stressful, exciting (and anxiety inducing 😂) part of our lives for 10+ years, but it's finally time to turn the sewing machine off and look forward to a different future.

The website will be up until the beginning of March. So if you wish to get any last minute things, now would be the time to do so.

This was a custom fit but during manufacturing I made a miscalculation and thought it was too good to waste so I just finished this on to sell separately.

Breast bone to wither: 10" (Half of the neck, not full!)
Wither to tail: 15.5"
Breast bone to tail bone: 25"

Normally £22 with £4.50 P+P but as this isn't a custom fit for the purchaser I'm selling for just £18 with £4.50 P+P, first class 24hr tracked with Royal Mail. First come first served!

Apologies for the lack of posts the past few weeks, (email enquiries have been getting answered quickly)

This puppy (she's 14 in November but still my puppy) has been taking up alot of my attention. We had to get her to the vets a few weeks ago as she started having trouble with her back legs, she got diagnosed with arthritis in her knees and hips poor baby. 3 different pain killers and costing us a fortune (mostly my fault for not getting prescription sorted to get meds online) but look at this face! 🥰

This purple and black Open Back Race Harness is heading off to its new home. These harnesses are nice and lightweight, but strong! Padded down the full length of the harness for optimal comfort.
