Freya found her forever home

Well it's been 5 years since we picked up our beautiful little Freya and brought her home with us. We count ourselves lucky to have her and couldn't love her more. She's the most amazing, funny and loving dog, who adores her big sister Saffy and is always up for a game . Thanks to Apollo's Angels and Janice McNaughton who introduced her to us when she was with Donna in Cyprus 🤗

Dad took this photo through something on the windowsill. He says it monitors activity outside like foxes. I say, that's my job! And it's a sneaky thing to turn it around and catch me on camera!
Mum says it's a beautiful picture which looks like a painting.....well, I could have told them I am beautiful, I've known it for a long time 🤣👍😍

Today is our funny, beautiful, loving and gorgeous girl's 4th Gotcha Day. Never a day goes by without having to give her a huge cuddle and dog snog, she is perfect in every way
Constantly thankful to Janice McNaughton, Lena Ashton and Jane Sutherland Rogers for helping her on her journey to us. And also to the amazing rescuers out there who managed to secure her and start her off on her new life
Often we'll walk through in our heads what it must have been like for her, going to the airport, getting into a crate, taking off with that big scary noise of the engines, landing in a cold foreign country and then being handed over to strangers. What an ordeal. But she has turned out to be the most beautiful, grounded dog who just goes with the flow and enjoys the moment.
Her big Sis Saffy has taught her all the tricks of the trade and they adore each other.
Here she is, playing with two new toys (one of which she stole from Saffys mouth) 🤣.
Today, we're off to get some treats for dinner and some more new toys 🤗

Mum says I'm like the cat that got the cream. Parden!! A cat?? No! I got the cream and now I'm sharing it with the carpet so that I can enjoy it later 😜
