Today’s the day of Hestercombe Gardens fun dog show! It’s a beautiful setting with roomy rings set out for the show and a Hoopers ring to have a go at! Some doggy related stalls and fabulous gardens to explore - sounds like heaven to me! See you later!

After battling the wind setting up yesterday, it’s a glorious morning at Dunster Show! There are absolutely loads of stalls here - the equestrian events are already underway so come on down and enjoy a fabulous day out!

I was due to be at Watchet Town Council Wednesday Market today but since it was blowing a hoolie down there this morning I decided to come home again! It was too windy to have the sides up on the gazebos so I reasoned that rather than risk damaging my props, my time would be better spent making stock for Dunster Show on Friday…. There are some hardy folks still there so if you’re in Watchet, please go and support them - there are cakes and coffee, bread and cheese, records and crystals to name a few… 😊
So, apologies to anyone wanting to visit my stall today and hope to see you on Friday at Dunster, or Hestercombe Gardens dog show on Sunday. I shall be back in Watchet on 4th September.

Enter your furry friend in our Fun Dog Show for just £2 per category, with entries available at the Ticket Office on the day.

Alongside the Dog Show, we’ll also have a canine agility course by Hoopers (10am to 1pm), on-site dog photography by Studio 27, a variety of stalls, family activities, lawn games and delicious food and drink.

Plus, all Dog Show ticketholders will receive FREE admission to our stunning gardens, historic house and contemporary art gallery!

Today I’m at Porlock Country Fair along with lots of lovely stalls offering their goodies … there are cakes and handicrafts, jewellery and crystals, honey, fudge & cider… and of course doggie stuff! My neighbours have some lovely treats so come and enter the dog show and pamper your pooch!
There’s also face painting and bouncy castle for the kiddies 😊

New colours for the little ones - I now have purple, orange, forest green and sky blue in the 16mm cushion webbing. This is in addition to the black, baby pink, marine blue and red already offered! I also have royal blue, emerald green, cerise and black in a 16mm woven webbing...

Next Wednesday (24/7) I shall be at Dunster Country Fair then Saturday 27th is Kilve Village Dog Show! Enter your dog at the village shop or on the day - at the field next to the village hall…. Come and let your pooch strut their stuff! 😄

These will be available on my stall at Dulverton Artisan Food, Drink & Craft Festival on Saturday, and at Watchet Street Fair on Sunday, while stocks last.. so come along to avoid disappointment!
