Earlier this summer we launched four new ranges of dog toys - eco dog toys, coffee wood chews, tuff chewers and rubber dental toys - now stocked in pet stores all over the UK 🇬🇧

The Minty Bone is a TPR & Nylon Dog Toy, for small - medium dogs, that are moderate chewers. Encouraging chew time with nubs and grooves, and a minty flavour to help clean and strengthen teeth.
The ‘Minty Bone’ from Miro & Makauri is also infused with baking soda which works gently to help clean and freshen dog’s teeth. A great TPR & Nylon Dog toy to offer for all round dental care.

Miro & Makauri Coffee wood dog chews are made from the branches of the coffee tree.
The coffee wood dog chews are sustainably harvested through the natural pruning process. Moreover, they are naturally dense, which provides a strong, long-lasting, safe, natural, and satisfying chew for dogs.
Because the coffee wood is a natural wood product, it will chew down but does not produce sharp splinters.
When a dog chews on coffee wood, it breaks into tiny fibres. These fibres are harmless and, as a result, they have an additional cleaning effect on the teeth. Furthermore, they can be swallowed and digested without any problems while helping to keep teeth in check.
Additionally, the chews have ZERO calories, thus satisfying a dog’s natural need to chew!

Why the name Miro & Makauri? We get asked a lot, what does the name, Miro & Makauri actually mean?......So we’ll tell you. Miro & Mak are Border Terriers, owned by Scott & Chad, who are brothers and the managing directors of Miro & Makauri. Chad's Border Terrier is Miro and Scott's Border is Mak, as shown on the home page photo.
As Brothers themselves, Miro & Mak arrived back in 2009, when the company was just starting its journey. The Kauri part is named after the majestic native tree from New Zealand, where the directors were brought up. Miro & Mak, signified the new journey ahead, while Kauri commemorates a link to the past.
