An update we wish we didn’t have to make 💔

As of 13th December, new EU legislation (GPSR) has made it incredibly difficult for UK small-medium businesses to continue shipping to the EU.

While our products meet all safety standards, the new requirement for an Authorised EU Representative - costing thousands annually - has become very complex to manage.

We’re deeply sorry to say goodbye to our EU customers, but we have been actively exploring solutions to make this temporary. We cannot wait to be back ❤️

To every EU customer who has supported us over the years: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to be back very soon.
