Last week saw us build this lovely little Shetland stable for Michael up in Leeds.

This one was a pleasure to build from start to finish, and we hope you get many years of enjoyment out of it with your little two!

This afternoon we had a drive up the Teign Valley to Christow to deliver this 8*6 shed / summer house.

This one is built from our usual 19*150ex shiplap with 38*50 carcassing to our usual high standards.

Due to a change of circumstances for one of our customers, this beautiful apex tortoise house is up for grabs. It is complete and ready to dispatch now, so no time to wait!

Specs are:
3ft X 3ft base with 2ft side walls, and stands are just under 4 ft at the apex
Full 50mm rockwool insulation throughout
6mm ply lining throughout
9mm OSB base
Fully opening hinged roof for super easy access

So we're back at it again after a break to the hospital 🤣 thank you for all of the lovely get well wishes from all our customers and followers. Pacemaker fitted, no more heart stopping moments so fighting fit and ready to go 💪

First job back was this lovely tortoise house built to custom specs for Catherine up in Scotland.

This one is 5ft X 4ft and stands at 4ft tall. Perfectly complemented by her lovely setup ready for her little pride and joy.

Sadly little Jennifer didn't make it through the night last night, we did everything we could but she was just too weak. We knew it wasn't looking good so we made her as comfortable as possible. 💔 Jennifer 💔

To all of our lovely customers past and present, We've been very quiet on here lately so we just wanted to fill you in a bit. Unfortunately Baz has been really poorly and has been signed off work for the last 8 weeks and won't be back working until at least February, after various tests they have finally found the cause of his blacking out and he is waiting on a heart operation. We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and for being patient during this difficult time for us. As soon as Baz is fit and well we will be back to it. We hope you all have a lovely Christmas and New year.

Last week's job was a twin stable, carriage shelter and canopy designed and built within regulations for C And C Carriage Company based in Cockington.

C and C Carriage Company have worked tirelessly to resurrect the horse drawn carriages at Cockington Gardens that have been missed by so many people over the past few years.

It was an honour to work with them and get them exactly what they wanted, and keep it all in fitting with the historic grounds that they work in.

We will look forward to seeing some photos of Bob and Briez in their new stables cooling off from the sunshine!

We loved doing this job, and welcome any similar jobs in the future!

Finlake Riding Centre had one of our field shelters this week.

This one was an 18ft x 12ft with galvanised skids, guttering to the front, fully open inside and completed with full half height kick boards.

We enjoyed working with you on this one, and look forward to working with you again in the future!

The last few weeks have been all about stables.

We were asked to build a block in to an area that was reasonably tight, so required quite a bit of designing.

We managed to incorporate 2 stables, hidden tack room, feed store and huge hay store all under one roof.

The design is built free standing and all out of wood to our usual high standards. It was a huge job to take on in the extreme heat we've had over the last week, but the results really do speak for themselves.

Tough couple of days fitting a new stable front and shetland stable in a very confined area.

We had to trim out the land, fabricate a new stable front and completely re do the existing stable to suit the new door front which we fabricated. The existing stable was more of a field shelter that we have now converted! This was completed with a full height stable door, kick bolt and an R for 'Ricky'

The lovely little shetland stable is 10*8 in size, stands at 6 foot at the back and 7 foot at the front wall. This was completed with a fold down window, full half height kick boards, wooden skids, kick bolt, shatland sized door and a little letter to represent 'Patch'

Were glad your happy Zena, and that your shelter is now looking more like a purpose built yard 😍

We built this lovely little tortoise house for George in Solihull the other day. He had some specific requirements for its size to help get it in to place, but we did it!

Today's delivery was a pent roof field shelter delivered and installed for Chris and his wife. Built from 2*2 framing and shiplap cladding, this is a more lightweight version of our very popular horse stables and shelters.

Small holder stables now available!

These are built to our high standards just like our larger stables, but just on a smaller scale!

These two were built for Vicky and her flock of rare breed turkeys, and measure in at 6ft x 4ft and stand at 7ft tall.

Perfect for turkeys, breeding houses for goats or small livestock, 25+ chickens, the possibilities are endless!

This lovely 24*12 field shelter was finished for Hannah at Horse Care Transport yesterday in the glorious sunshine.

Built on 3" skids, full shiplap cladding and finished with full half height kickboards and guttering, this is a great addition to any paddock.

It stands at nearly 7ft tall and will accommodate up to 12 birds.

Lovely day out at the first show of the year today, and the weather turned out to be fantastic!

The event was very well organised and had a great turn out. 40 stalls along with a good court and bouncy castle, all.for charity!

Lovely little basic coop delivered this morning for Rosanna and her mum.

This one is a simple 3ft x 3ft x 4ft with internal perches and nesting area and is suitable for up to 6 🐔

Winter wonderland this afternoon! We delivered a large log cabin coop up to the edge of the moors today for Hannah and her large flock of chickens and ducks.

This coop is 5ft x 7ft, 5ft tall and weighs around 150kg! 😳

Inside we have a large perch running down the centre, ready for approx 8 birds to perch on quite comfortably, 3 removable perches on the bottom, 3 nest boxes with removable dividers and a removable back door.

This coop has been finished with a Chicken Guard Premium door opener for peace of mind as well.

This one is 8ft wide, 4ft deep and 3ft tall completed with a 4ft by 2ft window and full size door to get in.

Tavistock was the delivery today for a few horsey items for Fiona.

She has a full size mounting block for the yard, a narrow mounting block for the school, two pairs of sloping show jumps, six poles and a picnic bench to watch riders in the school.
