Doggone Dapper Respecting our Planet

Doggone Dapper came about through my love of all things dog! I run a very successful Home Boarding and Daycare business which is heaven and I decided to make some fun clothing for dogs using old Levis jeans found in Charity shops and from local friends and neighbours. Thus our denim range was born. All of our denim range is made from 100% upcycled denim and stitched using Gutermann rPET recycled polyester thread (you can read more about it here: https://consumer.guetermann.com/en/product-finder/sew-all-thread-rpet ). The vests are all fully lined again using preloved fabrics. No 2 vests are exactly the same for this very reason!

We also have a line of dog apparel for special occasions which are all bespoke pieces that can be ordered to size. These pieces are all made using new fabrics although there are also some upcycled pieces which will be one-offs!

Each and every piece we make has been hand made here in the UK. Our embroidered applique range are all hand stitched as is each flower on the special occasion pieces. We use no chemical adhesives at all.
