🌟 Exciting Changes for Our Business! 🌟

Dear customers,

We wanted to take a moment to share some important updates with you. As many of you may have noticed our stock levels as of recent haven’t quite been at their normal levels, this is because, our head office recently went into liquidation due to some unforeseen circumstances. As a result, Oscars pet food is no longer and has ceased trading as of 30th January 2025

Because of this we’ve had to make the big decision to go independent.
We’re thrilled to announce that we will now be trading as Stapleton Pet Supplies Ltd, no longer under the Oscar Pet Food Honiton brand. Our social media pages will update in time once we have been passed the full rights to our pages.

As Neil has been a pet nutritionist for 27 years, the quality of the food we provide has always been and will continue to be our top priority. We’re excited to let you know that we’ve sourced a very high-quality range of pet food under our own branding, ensuring your beloved pets continue to get the very best.

We understand this news may come as a surprise, but please rest assured that we will still be offering the same excellent service you’ve come to rely on.

On a personal note, Paul has made the tough decision to step back from his role to take a new job, which he started on January 30th. This was not an easy choice, as he loves the work and all of you, our wonderful customers. However, family and financial stability had to come first. Paul will still be running our Facebook and Instagram pages, but he will no longer be a point of contact or delivering orders. He would like to say thank you to all of you for making his time at oscars enjoyable and for always being so polite, caring and understanding, hopefully he will bump into some of you along the way.

We are incredibly grateful for your support during this time of change and uncertainty. Your loyalty and encouragement mean the world to us, and we’re committed to continuing to serve you and your pets for years to come.

It’s definitely been an interesting first delivery week of the New Year! ❄️🧊 🚚

A huge thank you to my amazing customers for being understanding about having to rearrange Tuesday’s deliveries. My van is pretty useless in the snow! ❄️ And to those that could wait until next week 🙏🏼

A little bit of a different delivery method was needed for those that needed food urgently but my van couldn’t get to! 🛷 At OSCARs we will make sure your pet never runs out of food, whatever the weather! ❄️ 🐶 🐱❤️

Overweight pets can easily become couch potatoes and find it hard to leave the house to exercise. It is important to meet our dog's exercise and stimulation needs as well as feeding them a balanced diet, correct for their life-stage, to keep them fit & healthy.🐾🐶

Fleas like a warm environment, ideally somewhere between 18-27 degrees centigrade, but with a combination of winter heating and summer sun, fleas have the ideal temperature to be active all year round.🐶🐱

Merry Christmas from us here at the Oscars! Thank you to all our amazing customers, other franchisees, and head office staff for the support over the last year as always, it's been a pleasure!
It is now time for a well-deserved break! (deserved for Paul😉)

We will be back in the office on the 30th & 31st for a bit of admin and will resume delivering as normal on Thursday 2nd January
