A very happy 2024 to all of my wonderful customers. To say it's been a roller coaster year is an understatement.. the highs of welcoming a new granddaughter into the world and travelling to the USA for a family holiday of a lifetime then to the challenges of falling and dislocating my shoulder and subsequently having an operation to mend the damage. To watching my wonderful, brave dad fight the evil disease cancer and ultimately losing his fight on 29th December 2023.
Let's hope 2024 is a kinder year to everyone. Take care and give your hoos and hounds a gentle hug 💜🐾💜🐾

I'm happy to report that my operation went well and my rotator cuff and bicep have been repaired via keyhole surgery by the fabulous Mr Simons and his team at New Cross Hospital
I came home at the weekend with a party sized bag of painkillers and I've been resting (appropriately comatosed) as instructed.
My arm is strapped in a sling 24/7 for the next 6 weeks. Now the challenge to make my arm work properly again begins!!
A huge thank you to the staff on ward A6 for their wonderful care and a mahoosive thank you for all of your support, kind messages, cards and flowers, they are very much appreciated. An extra special thank you to William McLeod for looking after me so well, along with nursemaid Tippy. 💜🐾💜

So after my "doing something stupid" escapade a few weeks ago, when I dislocated my right shoulder, I am now in New Cross Hospital and will be having surgery to repair the damage. I managed to badly damage my rotator cuff - significant tear in my front tendon and snapped the top front one clean off.
I am so grateful to the NHS for mending me so quickly and apologise to everyone who's houndies I have had to cancel and for who's sewing orders are on hold for a short time. Thank you all for being so understanding 🐾💜🐾💜

It's been a busy week at Moo Towers - last weekend gorgeous Betsy, Roman and Wanda were here and Roman even had time to do a little modelling for Lilymoo. When her pals went home Wanda had 2 nights on her own and we visited nanny & grandad Moo. On Wednesday dappled boy Joe joined us again and made himself right at home.
Wanda's holiday came to an end yesterday and I shall miss her early morning snoot boops and excitement life.
Maddie and Jimmy have joined Joe for a long weekend....Maddie celebrated her 13th birthday this week, congratulations beautiful girl !!

Just a little pupdate on Lilymoo 🐾
I have recently dropped off the radar with lack of posts (though you all know I'm much better at sewing than posting on social media!)
Not a sympathy post, just to let everyone know that sewing had to be put on hold for a couple of months as I've had 2 slipped discs at the base of my spine, the bottom one ruptured (just for good measure).
Thankfully, with the help of a wonderful chiropractor I'm just about fixed and back at my sewing machine, with lots of breaks throughout the day.
A huge thank you to family and close friends for all of your help and support over the past weeks - you know who you are 🐾💜
I will be contacting everyone who has enquired about placing orders over the next few days but if I do miss anyone please DM me and I will get straight back to you.

Happy Monday, I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. Fabric delivery day is my favourite day of the week. Thank you to everyone who has recently placed an order they will be on their way very soon. My current Trainee Quality Control Supervisor, Rufus, is modelling his Harris tweed bow tie he wore to his mom and dad's wedding yesterday. He will be completing a full quality control check before items are posted out.

Happy to say the webbysite is back up and running again thanks to my clever webbysite designer - if I've missed any messages please give me a nudge as they may well be busy whizzing around in cyberspace!
I've been a bit quiet on here as I've been busy setting up the Hound Hotel which is proving very popular and had a couple of slipped discs to make things a little more challenging.
Gratefully all on the mend and with lots of trainee Quality Control Hounds to keep me company in the workroom lots of wonderful summer makes are in the pipeline.

Thank you to everyone who sent kind thoughts and wishes when Moo went to Rainbow Bridge they helped so much. Thank you for the beautiful cards, gifts and flowers I have received all took my breath away. Moo is now home and normal service is resumed at Lilymoo HQ, thank you for being such wonderful friends and customers.

Sad news to start the new year at Lilymoo HQ .... Moo has toddled over Rainbow Bridge to join her brother, Jeffers, and the rest of the BlackHoundGang. She went peacefully on her favourite bed by the radiator and has left another hound shaped hole in our hearts. 💔💔🌈🌈🐾🐾 night night beautiful girl xx
