Handsome Mangas is wagging his tail as he’s happy to be taken out for a walk. This poor boy spends hours and hours in his cage at the shelter. Walks to him are special rare treats. Mangas is around 3 years old. He was brought to the shelter as his owner no longer wanted him. He’s a GSD mixed breed who is friendly towards people.
