Hiya guys long time no see, had lots happen so have not had time to have any litters . We have our phoebe in season at the moment and if we get enough interest we will consider having a litter. The options are , poodle father or cavalier father? Both amazing 🥰so excited, either way only fully dna tested and screened boys will be used . Haven’t got long to make up my mind but I know which way I would like to go , feedback please 😊👍x

New laws have been published this week for vets in the U.K. and how they prescribe medications

Much of it is what we do already but if you are in the profession I can highly recommend reading this blog from Vet Help Direct which sets out the changes very clearly.

If you are a pet owner, the most important thing to note is that it will now become a criminal offence, potentially punishable by jail time, if a vet advises you to purchase human medication for your animals.

There is often some heated debate over vets prescribing, or dispensing prescriptions for, human medications and the cost difference between them and the over-the-counter versions, but it is absolutely vital to understand that we have to do it this way to remain within the law and the ensure your pet receives a safe, effective dose and receives exactly the right type of treatment.

I appreciate it can be frustrating but please don’t blame your local vet!

We're appealing for witnesses after reports of thieves stealing cattle and sheep from a field.

The incident happened overnight sometime between Monday 26 February at 6pm and Tuesday 27 February at 9am at a field in Salmon Lane in Annesley.

Farmers discovered two cows and two sheep were missing in the morning and reported the incident.

Inquiries have taken place to track the animals, which includes looking for CCTV opportunities and searching adjacent fields.

We are now appealing for any information or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area.

Or to anyone who has been approached to buy the animals.

The animals are two Highland cattle, one that is male and ginger and the second which is female and Belgian blue.

Two sheep were also taken in the theft.

PC John Pearson, who is investigating the incident, said: “We take all reports of rural crime extremely seriously and know how detrimental this theft will have been to the owners.

“Searches have taken place to rule out the possibility the animals have escaped the field. However, at this moment in time we are treating this incident as theft.”

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0298 of the 27 February 2024 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

We have one of our puppies at crufts this year, our darcie, her mum has been amazing and put all her time and energy into training, week after week to get to the superb position of actually being at the world famous dog show🤦‍♀️I’m so proud of sue and darcie, to think one of our puppies are on tv is beyond amazing, I’m so excited, and know I’m gonna cry, good luck guys , so proud of you two 🥰🥰😘

With much thought and a big change in personal circumstances we are looking to find Esther her forever home. This decision has not been made lightly and is not easy, but i cannot give her the time and attention she deserves, so looking for an active family, plenty of walks to get her out into the world as she deserves, just a great life, please call me or message for a more in depth conversation.
