� Cancellation Policy �

I understand we all occasionally have a last minute change in circumstances and

a cancellation is unavoidable, however i do work hard to try and accommodate all of my clients. Once you have a lesson, schooling session or clip booked in that is your time meaning if a last minute cancellation occurs it often cannot be filled. Therefore i would just like to remind everyone I do have a 24 hour notice period, if less than that is given payment will still be required. If a cancellation does occur I will do my best to offer you another day and time within 7 days so you are moving the lesson rather than cancelling, again so you dont lose your money, however if I cannot accommodate you payment will still be required. In the case of bad weather e.g. storms, snow, frost (frozen arenas) I may decide to cancel a session, this is purely for you and your horses/ponies safety. Thank all of my clients for your custom and understanding!

My Story

I am a freelance British Horse Society Accredited Professional Coach.

Qualified BHSII (Senior Coach in Complete Horsemanship).Up to date Child Protection and First Aid, DBS Checked. Based in Dartford covering North West Kent and South East London. By separate arrangement I am available to travel further for clinics. All disciplines covered including dressage, jumping and cross country. I also offer BHS exam training from Ride Safe through to BHSAI and able to sign off the skills records up to BHSAI (Level 3).
