To everyone i know avoid Group 1 Van Centre Dartford they charge extortionate prices for everything and then do the bare minimum in servicing and maintenance. I took my van to a different garage this year having had previous 3 done here whilst under warranty thinking I was doing the best for my van.
however mechanic I used this year (also a vw independent mechanic) said previous work was diabolical!
they have literally only changed oil filters in 3 years nothing more and when approached they said nothing more needed doing and that service schedule to change any other filters or fluids is extra or not required.
high prices to do bare minimum which will likely lead to increased likelihood of engine problems! avoid! I've been charged £670 for 3 oil changes! Ridiculous!
