❄️ Next week the temperatures are set to get much colder than they have been.
❄️ Please can we ask that if your dog feels the cold and/or wears a coat, that you can leave it out for their walks. It also speeds up the cleaning process too!
❄️ We do have spares, but not always suitable in size.
❄️ I’ve been in my winter coat since September 🙄🥶 so will be in thermals next week! Sarah D is way more hardy than me!

🧥 It’s sweater weather again!

🧥 Just a reminder to leave coats, jumpers and dry robes (if you have them) out for your dogs.

🧥 We know not all dogs have them, like them or use them, but it makes our job ever so slightly easier returning them back home a little less muddy/wet!

🧥 If you don’t have one, we have spares in our ‘lost property box’ but often they are not the correct size, colour or style (dogs have taste too 😉).

🧥 If you’re thinking of investing (believe us, it’s a fantastic investment), here are the ones which we love using;

Are we having fun yet?

Coco decided it was time to make her way over the rainbow bridge on Tuesday to see her sister, Ruby 🤍🌈

This photo is pretty special. Taken last week, as we headed up the track into the woods which was her favourite route. She wouldn’t let me go any other way, preferring her own direction to mine 🤍

Coco was 16, she just didn’t quite make the last 2 months to turn 17 🤍

What an incredible age for a dog. The feisty little Jack Russell who we’ve walked for a good few years. Her black Labrador companion passed away in January this year, an emotional year for their owner and us. She’s proof that with love, a beautiful home and a fun filled life, she thrived, she lived, gained happiness and gave happiness 🤍

Coco, your funny jump with excitement when we came to walk you, the way you loved to choose your own route and cut it short to go back early for liver cake hunts in the garden, and your zest for life will be truly missed 🤍

Sending love and strength to Coco’s owners. The tears will flow, but those memories shine through 🤍

We’ll be sharing our most special memories of Coco on our ‘stories’ this afternoon. 🤍

💔 I knew this post was inevitable, that the day would come….and here we are.

💔 Ted my heart is broken 💔 I wanted to walk you one last time, to hear you bark at me non stop until your collar was on, to see you in your favourite spot in the van, but it wasn’t meant to be. Instead the memories in my head are my own, and the adventures we had are all that matters now.

💔Yesterday you made your final journey over that rainbow bridge 🌈
Not sure these tears will stop, but I’ll be sure to look after Flo and retrace our steps along your favourite walks.

💔 Sending much love to Ted’s family who, throughout the 6 years of our walks, have become part of my own.
