Client Notice 🐴🐶🐱
Due to the continuing rising costs of living, vehicle running costs, insurance policies and registration fees it has now become essential for me to raise my prices. Prices have increased by £5 per consultation & treatment. Horse owners will no longer receive a emailed report as this was just not cost effective. Written reports are available on request at the time of session.
Payment terms have changed too. I can now accept card payments, so please be ready to pay at the time of treatment. Cash or BACS is also accepted but must be at the time or in advance.
If your animal is insured then you can submit paid invoices for reimbursement to your insurance company. I do not accept payments from insurance companies anymore.
