So after a very busy year finishing my MA that I passed (yay), family illness and setting up my studio, am now hoping to turn to possibly rehoming some of my younger sibbys to the right homes. If you are interested, let me know. Will be working through neutering after Xmas and new year, so first will be available around Feb/March. Genuine enquires only please. Guide costing will be price of neutering and updates to vaccinations plus £100.

So sad news today, Witchfyre Stormborn from our Game of Thrones litter passed over the rainbow bridge. She had a very special life with her 'mum' Denise Burn and her best pal Annie who also was lost this year. Goodnight sweet princess.

Today is Earth Day. Reflect on your life and make one very small permanent change to your life, today, to redress the balance on this our glorious home. Plant a tree, walk to school/college/uni/work one day a week, grow some food yourself or buy local and save those food miles...tell me yours?

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - So, after seventeen years plus of Witchfyre & Witchstorm I have now decided it is time to call it a day. I had originally planned to stop at sixty but surged on despite the obvious hurdles of the last few years. It is now sadly a fact of life that many people who bought pets in the lockdown are now abandoning these lovely creatures to rescue, some as they no longer fit their lifestyle and others due to the rising costs of keeping a pet. I do not want to contribute to this. I have been fortunate in my process of selecting homes that we have only had a couple of rehomes over the years but it is important to me to safeguard the breed. I have always counted myself lucky if I cover the costs of my cattery - a very rare occurrence - but escalating prices of vets, food and litter producers have now forced this decision. The love can no longer be maintained; it's become unaffordable and I am tired. I have met some amazing people on my journey, and some not so. I am happy to have kept in touch with the former and will not miss the latter. I will be offering some of my younger cats as adult rehomes over the year, with previous adopters having priority. Keep checking this page as I also have a new venture hopefully later in the year that might interest those of you at least who have a Witchfyre or Witchstorm kitty. For now I will post when I have news and would just like to thank all those who have adopted our kittens and cats in the past. If you are still in touch, would love you to still send photos and updates or post on here to celebrate the legacy. I will keep this page open until the end of 2023. Arrivederci, and remember, the future never arrives - just live for the day :)

Kittens have now had second vaccination and chip. A little behind due to Xmas. Two of our lovely kittens have now found super homes [Sweet pea and Goggles]. After being initially let down, I now just have the blue golden boy available. He is delightful and a real purr monster. A very friendly kitten of good size and rare colour. I would give preference to a previous adopter as we cannot have visits at the moment due to renovation work on the house. Contact me asap if you are interested. No timewasters please.

Our babies are 3 weeks old. Mum is still protective so no photos yet. Two golden and white mackerel tabby boys, blue/blue golden mackerel tabby boy and girl and classic/blotched tabby blue/blue golden girl. Photos hopefully in a few weeks.

Quick update on kittens. Mum is being precious with them and doing a great job of feeding - they have grown so much in just 4 days - but will only let me watch at present. We have three blue/blue golden and two goldens :) I cannot check gender at the moment...

After a year of 'is she or isn't she'...with 'no she isn't'...we are pleased to announce the patter of tiny paws from Witchstorm Cirrocumulus [Joe] and Witchfyre Sweet Amber. Five lovely healthy babies 23.10.22. This is a repeat mating. You can see photos Amber and Joe's last litter on this page. More details to follow.
