Hey Pawfolks!
Not really one for blowing my own trumpet, but can’t resist on this one! 😂❤️🐾
We’ve just got word (opens golden envelope…)from our local authority that we’re now a 5 star homeboarding establishment. Wooo!

I have joyous news! After a long and stressful slog I now have an offer on my London flat, so, the long and short of it is that I’ll be here for the foreseeable …..as long as interest rates etc start to level out to make life easier - something we ALL need to happen , and soon!

Hi Pawfolks
Hope you’re all well and enjoying our rainy summer!
I have some potentially sad news to share - I’m afraid I’m now struggling with all the rising rates and have no choice now but to sell up and downsize. I’ve vowed my next move would be my last, so I’m going to try to move to Scotland….again.
We’re all living in such uncertain times, so I’m not even sure if my cottage will sell. I listed my London flat ( I thought it would be an easy sell and I could stay put here) over 90 days ago and it’s still not sold. So there may yet be a miracle that that will sell, but I now can’t wait around to find out.
Even if I got an offer here at Pawfolk within 4 weeks, I doubt I’ll need to complete until November, but I fully understand if you have a booking around that time and want to cancel. I can only apologise and say I’ve held out as long as I could before making this decision, and I’ll keep you completely updated as to how things are progressing.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions and I’ll answer you as soon as I can.
