- Invoices are due upon receipt.

This will be emailed usually around the 1st of every month
- Invoices can be paid by cash or bank transfer
- If invoices are unpaid after thirty days, our services may be stopped until payment has been made. Please speak to Stevie if you are having any difficulties

* Cancellation charges
- There is no charge if we must cancel
- All services excluding overnight boarding

han 24 hours’ notice you will still be charged the full amount
2) Between one week and 24 hours you will be charged 50%
3) More than one week’s notice there will be no charge
- Overnight boarding
1) Less than one weeks’ notice you will still be charged the full amount
2) Between one month and one weeks’ notice you will be charged 50%
3) More than one months notice there will be no charge

- Please inform us at your earliest convenience of any changes that need to be made from your initial contract: any unnotified changes may invalidate our insurance
